Communications Executive Recruiting:
            
 Our Executive Search sevices, headed by Larry Marshall, CEO:

  • Assist in developing position Title, Job Description and Compensation.  Determine the profile of the ideal candidate.
  • Partner with hiring manager and Human Resources executives, developing potential company and industry “target list” for most qualified candidates.
  • Research and develop potential candidates utilizing myriad resources, including our database. We have tracked over 20,000 candidates, many throughout their careers, sourcing our broad, established network of industry contacts.  Since each executive search project is unique, we seek a fresh candidate pool, approaching most candidates who are happilly employed, and not actively in the job market.
  • Confer regularly with client to discuss search progression, refining search criteria, as necessary.
  • Interview all qualified candidates, assessing their background, skills set and, above all, their potential “chemistry” with client.
  • Develop a “short list” of 3-5 finalist caliber candidates. Often, we’ll include an “out-of-the-box” candidate, too.
  • Present finalist candidates to client and coordinate interview schedule.
  • Counsel client on selection of the finalist candidate(s) providing best hiring options
  • Do in-depth reference checking, obtaining candid appraisals from industry sources , many with whom we've established a mutual trusting relationship.
  • Assist in negotiating an acceptable offer, relocation and start date.
  • Follow up with both client and employee to confirm mutual satisfaction.

Communications Management Consulting:

 Our Communications Management Consulting Services, headed by Peter Dowd, Chairman:

Comprehensive corporate communications audits to assess the efficiency and impact of current programs to influence key corporate constituencies, including:

  • Consulting with client management to identify corporate communications benchmarks and objectives affecting the attainment of overall business goals.
  • Underscoring of any unusual problems or challenges within the client’s ongoing corporate communications effort.
  • Identifying those internal and external audiences pivotal to a client corporation’s continued growth and success.
  • Structuring survey materials designed to elicit meaningful insights from survey participants about the pros and cons of current communications programs.
  • Conducting individual and group feedback sessions with a cross-section of key audience members.
  • Analyzing feedback results in conjunction with the client’s business and communications objectives, as well as any particular circumstances previously identified by corporate management.
  • Developing highly relevant and creative recommendations designed to invigorate, facilitate, and expedite the attainment of a client’s specific corporate communications goals on a targeted, cost-effective basis.
  • Assisting clients with the development of budgets and timetables designed to support the execution of approved program initiatives, as well as their integration into the client’s ongoing corporate communications effort.

Evaluation and training of internal staff to enhance ongoing performance, including:

  • Assessing the range of talents and attributes that members of the PR and corporate communications staff will need to contribute effectively to the success of the client’s ability to reach and influence the members of key audiences.
  • Consulting with management on the appropriate roles and interaction of internal staff and external agency in achieving communications objectives.
  • Identifying missing or inadequate staff performance and helping management plug these talent gaps.
  • Staging training seminars designed to use the expertise of recognized independent experts to enhance the knowledge and performance of staff veterans.
